Vincent Santeng is a seasoned professional in accounting, auditing, and investment banking. With over 4 decades of experience, he has helped establish numerous churches across various regions, developing robust management structures and training church leaders to ensure sustainable growth and effective community engagement. Vincent also conducts in-depth training sessions on Kingdom Business principles and ethics, empowering individuals to integrate their faith with their professional endeavours, thereby creating a harmonious balance between spiritual and economic objectives.

Sarah Santeng

Sarah Santeng is an accomplished administrator and project manager who has contributed to Christian organisations by addressing civil society issues and establishing ministries for children and youth. She helps individuals and charities implement systems adhering to Biblical principles and frequently speaks at Christian events focused on women and charitable initiatives.

Vincent and Sarah Santeng are experienced Christian leaders who have assisted various churches in establishing management structures. With over 30 years in different industries, they are known for their teachings on applying Biblical principles to everyday life.

Leaders Passion

Rev. Albert Botchway was called into ministry while training in Radio and Telecommunications. He attended his first Bible School in Benin City, Nigeria, on a scholarship from Archbishop Benson Idahosa. After serving the Archbishop, he returned to Ghana, then moved to Norway and London for further training. He served as associate pastor at Pneuma Christian Center and later at Bethany Baptist Church in Minnesota, USA. After studying at Luther Seminary, he returned to Ghana to start Enrich Leadership Network. Albert's passion is to see the Kingdom thrive as a "Worshipper," for those who worship God must worship in spirit and truth.
