Rev. Albert Botchway was training in Radio and Telecommunications as his career path when he received his profound call into ministry. He attended his first Bible School in Benin City, Nigeria, where he was granted a scholarship from the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa, a significant figure in his spiritual journey. After serving under the Archbishop for a couple of transformative years, he made the journey back to Ghana, where he actively engaged in Evangelistic and Pastoral ministries, fostering a deep connection with his community until his move to Norway, which marked a pivotal point in his life, leading to an onward journey to London to train at the esteemed London College of Ministries. After completing his rigorous Bible training, Rev. Albert was extended an invitation by Pneuma Christian Center, a vibrant community, to serve as the associate pastor, allowing him to put his training into practical application. After several enriching years of fruitful ministry in the culturally diverse city of London, Albert received a heartfelt call to join Bethany Baptist Church, located in the serene Roseville, Minnesota, where he was welcomed with open arms and embraced as a vital part of the congregation. Rev. Albert served faithfully as an outreach and associate pastor there until he pursued further academic advancement through his Seminary Education at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he deepened his theological understanding and honed his pastoral skills. During this period, Albert felt a tremendous call back to Ghana, igniting his passion to start the Enrich Leadership Network, a platform aimed at nurturing and inspiring emerging leaders within his community. Albert's unwavering passion is to see the work of the Kingdom thrive and flourish in every corner of the world. He firmly believes that true ministry is about uplifting others and spreading love and compassion. Albert identifies himself as a "Worshipper," an entity devoted to the act of worship. He passionately conveys that those who worship God must worship in spirit and in truth, embodying the essence of genuine adoration and devotion.
